Infrastructure
Engineering Oversees the subdivision of land in 23 jurisdictions— reviewing construction plans and plats to assure that all minimum standards are met and inspecting the construction of infrastructure to assure it’s installed correctly.
Planning & Zoning
AdministrationProvides services that promote desirable community development—conducting specialized planning studies, administering zoning and property maintenance codes, working with community groups and citizens, and collaborating with implementing the comprehensive plan.
Kenton County
Planning CommissionAdministers all provisions of state law regarding planning and zoning for the community’s 20 local governments—crafting and implementing the comprehensive plan, managing the 20 zoning ordinances, and overseeing the subdivision of land.
