Behind every successful project and policy decision is a strong operational foundation. The Administration Department provides exactly that, keeping Planning & Development Services running smoothly so the organization can focus on serving the community.

The Administration Department manages finances, human resources, and records, while supporting the policy work of the PDS Council and Management Board.

The department also guides overall operations and strategic direction. All department heads report to the Executive Director, who leads, manages, and creates accountability across the organization, ensuring everyone works together to carry out the goals set by the Council and Board.
