Code Enforcement Boards

These boards conduct hearings to determine whether a code violation has or has not occurred based on the presented evidence and sworn testimonies. Appeal and hearing information is available from the city administrators in which the citation was initiated.

  • Meeting: Second Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Kenton County Government Center, 1840 Simon Kenton Way, 2nd Floor Kenton Chambers, Covington, KY 41011. Meetings are only held if there are agenda items.
