PDS’s One Stop Shop program unites the codes administration responsibilities of several local governments in Kenton County. The program leverages PDS's team of professionals to achieve cost savings in individual jurisdictions and provide consistent service levels across all jurisdictions.
One Stop Shop administers the requirements of the uniform statewide Kentucky Building Code (and National Electric Code), local zoning ordinances, and the International Property Maintenance Code.
Please note that all building, zoning, planning, and subdivision permit applications may be submitted using the PDS online submission portal.
